Thrive. The ultimate induction program designed by real estate
training professionals specifically for candidates wishing to embark in a career
in the real estate industry. The program delivers street needed skills combined
with accreditation requirements. Thrive is fully self paced and interactive, utilises
a variety of media (multimedia) in order to engage the user and maximise information
retention. Candidates will be transported into industry scenarios through video
role-plays of situations faced in the real estate field each day. On successful
completion of the program, candidates will:
- Understand what it takes to work in real estate
- Be familiar with legislation associated with real estate transactions both in sales
and property management and understand how to minimise risk
- Be able to manage their time effectively and understand the concept of a productive
week
- Be able to generate business by locating and securing potential sellers for the
agency
- Be familiar with buyer types and how to communicate with them
- Have a clear understanding of listing a property and managing vendor expectations
- Understand the negotiation process and be proficient with a number of scripts and
dialogues to use for this purpose
Most importantly, your candidate will have a NSW accredited qualification to work
in the real estate industry as The Thrive Program delivers the Certificate of Registration
assessed and issued by Real Estate Training Solutions (R.E.T.S) (NTIS. 90897).
